In Su8marino, I seek possibilities of de-territorialization as deconstruction of paradoxes, facing the paradigm of creation as the production of new forms of subjectivation. How to construct an intersubjective matrix of relations between the understanding of artistic creation as a demarcation of territory, as Deleuze points out, the deconstruction of (territorial) power generating “flight lines”, the production of new spaces, possible and alternative territories, new non-absolute semiotic configurations, and the limit of language / word as transformation into continuous becoming.

In this piece, the performer is also observer, public, shipwrecked, submerged layer builder, emerging as an existential metaphor. Su8marino is a ritual, a faded frontier where layers of (de) territorialization open space for metamorphosis.

How do you react to the surrounding universe, where Syria falls apart, Brazil shrinks, the US is on the edge and Europe suffocates? To what extent does the consciousness of globalization in relation to private space ritualize itself into a poetic and abstract space where the possibilities of existence replace it?

Su8marino is a piece where globalized spaces remain, intertwined in a personal space, in a specific body, full of references that are dereferenced in search of multiples.
