Desmaterialização takes us into a factory that has been passed on for several generations and is now about to be reduced to dust. There, three people – a director, a manager and an administrative assistant – go to efforts to, as they claim, protect an important legacy. It is said at some point that progress is unstoppable: amidst the final chaos, they analyze files and graphics, schedule meetings and plan to export happiness, while they go on reducing staff. Perhaps they are planning on dismissing all humanity. The backhoes loaders have arrived.
