CO-PRODUCTION  YEP – Young Emerging Performers, a partnership between Rua das Gaivotas 6/ Teatro Praga and O Espaço do Tempo.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS Rua das Gaivotas 6, Teatro Praga, O espaço do Tempo, Rita Natálio, Pedro Barreiro.

Spontaneous Human Combustion is a concept that gathers reports on the combustion of a living (or recently deceased) human body without an apparent external source of ignition.

SCH is a fiction about bodies, it’s about their capacity of making choices and decisions, about the marks we want to keep or remove, about regeneration and the possibility of a spontaneous combustion.

To use fire that burns and kills marginalized bodies to fictionalize body and skin. To decide about the past so that the future can be changed, as a cure, a revisitation.

I propose a sensorial body, a genital-skin, an erotic-skin, an erogenous-skin, a total-skin – a mechanism to a whole sensation, in ecstasy.
