On November 13, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., we welcomed Joana Barrios to Rua das Gaivotas 6 for a practical session on the noble art of packed lunches.

We will explore creative and uncomplicated ways to prepare lunchboxes and snacks—quick ideas for lunch at work, pocket snacks, or meals you can take with you in your bag—always with room for improvisation, organization, and some culinary humor.

During the session, we will exchange tricks, unexpected combinations, and strategies for planning meals that are neither boring nor heavy.

You don’t need to know how to cook — you just need to be hungry (or want to prevent hunger).
