Afonso de Matos (Portalegre, 1998) is a graphic designer, graduated in Communication Design by Fine Arts Faculty of Lisbon, where he also completed a post-graduation in Sound Art. He holds a Master in Information Design from the Design Academy Eindhoven. He works independently but also in collective with Inês Pinheiro and Vítor Serra as Multa, with whom he has worked for clients such as the artists Salomé Lamas, Andreia Santana and Gabriel Ribeiro, the curator Marta Espiridião, the collective 00:NEKYIA, the magazine UMBIGO, the Dance School of the National Conservatory and the Galerias Municipais de Lisboa — EGEAC. In November 2022, he joins the team at Rua das Gaivotas 6 / Teatro Praga as communication coordinator. From September 2023 onwards, he also teaches as an assistant professor at the Fine Arts Faculty of Lisbon.
