Graduated in Evora´s theatre University, Helena has been travelling within the performing arts field between performance, theatre, voice work, singing and production.

As a performer she believes in creating relationships between bodies and places of freedom which evolve our multiple states of being into our multiplicity and multidisciplinary.

The dissection of these relationships arises the undeniable urgency-emergency that pulses life.
