The presentation of the work in progress, during Festival Temps d’Images and within Feedback. Creation Project, will be a moment of sharing with the audience part of the research. This research will continue afterwards and it will culminate with the premiere of the theatre piece, in Teatro Maria Matos (11^th – 14^th January 2018).

This project is a reflection on love and death. How do we prepare for love? How do we prepare for death? We prepare a date as carefully and precisely as someone preparing a terrorist attack. In both cases, anyone would think that we are crazy, if they knew all the details involved in these preparations.
The project will explore and feed the tensions between the narrative of the lonely hero, that is always prepared for everything, with the fields of action where the notion of preparation is maybe absurd and problematic: love and death.

PROJECT FEEDBACK

Maria Matos Theater and the Temps d’Images invited three Portuguese artists / collectives to integrate a continuous feedback process, in parallel with the process of creating their works: Teresa Silva & Filipe Pereira, Catarina Vieira and Plataforma285. Feedback comes at key moments in the process by a group of artists, guests and collaborators from Temps d’Images and Maria Matos Theater.
