Cine Qua Non is an arts magazine of the University of Lisbon Centre for English Studies that focuses critical attention on the relationships among diverse forms of art practice and production. This new issue focus on the conceptual turn in art of the 1960s, related with Fluxus and George Brecht; and the influence of American pop culture in different Portuguese artists and authors.
