A.ves
Dream that cannot be cracked and cannot be cracked and cannot…
From Henri Rousseau “The dream”, carrying out tasks about and/that encourage sleep and dream.
Yadwiga is, and dreams,
lives in the subconscious accompanied, feeds it,
She is not about realization, pride, fear and envy.
The snake is founder and timeless, has vibrant colours.
Pigments
Dreams in black and white
Where is yours?”

INTERFLUENCIES #12
Duration: 70min
Age-range: +6
Booking: 5€
The words intrigue me, in an abrupt interruption. Trying to describe (just the attempt in itself and the description) intrigue me in an abrupt interruption. Lightly I bring the words that intrigue me, to support or affirm this interior environment and perhaps free it. This oniric universe, unknown, stanger, perpetually fed from the “impartiality” of our subconscious and body. Lótus flowers blooms, but it doesn’t smell like swamp, sludge or putrefaction. Something is wrong, I pinch myself. I hypnotize tigers and lions, step on them. Something is wrong, I pinch myself. I summon the desert snakes (in the desert), enemy vibrations enchant me, rip their jaw and their poison. Something is wrong, I pinch myself. The banana bunches grow upside down and are green in the chewing. Something is wrong, I pinch myself. “Impartially” we witness Yadwiga ́s dream.

“(…) Hearing flutes, you
Dreamed yourself away in the moon’s eye
To a beryl jungle, and dreamed that bright moon-lilies
Nodded their petaled heads around your couch.
And that, Rosseau told the critics, was why the couch Accompanied you. So they nodded at the couch with the moon And the snakecharmer ́s song and the gigantic lilies, Marvelingly numbered the many shades of green.
But to a friend, in private, Rosseau confessed his eye
So possessed by the glowing red of the couch which you, Yadwigha, pose on, that he put you on the couch
To feed his eye with red: such red! under the moon,
In the midst of all that green and those great lilies!”
Sylvia Plath, Sestina for the douanier, 1958

FRANCISCO AREZ
Francisco Arez places his origins in the lands of fig and olive trees: Torres Novas in Portugal. He followed the path pre-designated for him, being born in an ocidental city’s microculture until he was nineteen years old, around the same time he finished highschool. In the 2nd of february of 2017 he travelled to Ozurgeti in Georgia, where he served in the European Voluntary Service for three months, during which his first piece was accomplished: “Desromantização” (2018), a book which would later on be independently published. This same year he would publish a collection of diaries written whilst couchsurfing in the United Kingdom, “Southampton Diaries: a Collection” (2018). Following the first physical and artistic embodiment of his spirit he would then turn to the exploration of art in its diverse modalities as a means for expression and communication. He co-worked with Colectivo249 (a cultural and artistic association) materializing two more pieces of work: a performance “Meia Metade” (2018), and an installation-performance “Cuidado com o Degrau” (2018). These last two years he was been involved in tribal and ascetic living in the midst of natural and wild ecosystems exploring shamanism through his experiences with entheogens, permaculture and minimalism. He has been dedicated to the study of other disciplines which reflect and cultivate his inner being such as nutrition, psychology, herbalism, ancestral medicine, ecology. His movements are inspired by the biodiversity and complexity he found living, observing and contemplating Natural Law, and so, he dances holistically in the Circle of Life.
