Para praticarmos o sem agir, em vez de nos sentirmos “protagonistas” da nossa história e de nos esforçarmos por obter um determinado resultado, devemos agir “em cooperação” com o meio em que estamos inseridos e simplesmente “dar ajuda” para que as soluções naturais ocorram por si. Por isso, perante um problema, temos de evitar que a mente se agite, tentando encontrar rapidamente uma solução. Deve-mos contemplar serenamente o problema e deixar que, pouco a pouco, vá espontaneamente emergindo o passo seguinte que iremos dar para que ele comece a resolver-se “por si mesmo”.”

To practice the without act, instead of feeling “protagonists” of our history and we strive to achieve a certain result, we must act “in cooperation” with the environment in which we live and simply “giving aid” to which the natural solutions occur by itself. That is why, facing a problem, we need to avoid that the mind be agitated, by trying to find a quick solution. We must contemplate calmly the problem and little by little let that go spontaneously, emerging from the next step that will give, so that he begins to resolve “by itself”.”
