“Há sítios onde as mulheres não podem entrar.”
Come Walk With Me é um afundar da consciência do performer nestes locais do imaginário mítico da cidade. Mas que na verdade são sítios reais. Nesta instalação o publico é convidado a entrar numa mata de cruising e deparar-se com um corpo que pode ser ouvido, um espaço que se sente e uma imagem que se contempla. É um espaço já habitado pelo performer, que está presente como se estivesse numa mata, através da memória corporal e sensorial. O corpo espectador é um elemento externo, inserido de forma livre dentro deste espaço.

“There are places where women can’t go.”
Walk With Me is a sinking of the performer’s consciousness in these imagined mythical habitats of the city, that in reality are actual real places. In this installation the public is invited to enter a cruising forest area, where they will find a body that can be heard, a space that can be felt, an image that can be contemplated. It is a space inhabited by the performer, who is present as if he was in the woods, through a sensory and corporal memory. The spectating body is an external element, freely inserted inside this space.
